Always feels busy at weekend, staff are nice but look stressed. Very noise due to the arcade games. Bowling is good, drinks and food is cheap.

The chips were very nice however my burger was absolutely Anging.
Staff member comes over to clarify if I want buns on my burger , obviously I say yes and then 5 mins later the burger is just a peice of chicken with no buns in a box of chips. Unbelievable.

I used to love going to Hollywood Bowl to play the arcade games, but now all the machines use a digital credit system instead of taking cash, which is a real shame. Not everyone wants to use fancy phone apps just to play a few games. It has completely taken away the fun and the nostalgic feel of the arcade.

Had a brilliant time at Hollywood Bowl Oxford! The lanes were in great condition, the atmosphere was lively but relaxed, and the whole place was clean and well organised. Staff were friendly, helpful and made everything run smoothly from start to finish.

Great selection of food and drinks, and the arcade area is a fantastic bonus – perfect for both kids and adults. It’s an ideal spot for family time, friends or even a casual night out.

Highly recommended if you’re looking for fun, well-run bowling in Oxford. We’ll definitely be back!

I would give 0 stars if possible. Absolutely awful service. First of all the lady that served me didn’t have a clue what she was doing. Then after waiting 30 minutes in a queue for some tap water for my son as I wasn’t paying £2.50 for a can of water, they then came over to my partner to say we were playing to slow.. we weren’t we were just queuing while there was 1 person on the bar. Took over 30 minutes for our drinks and food to arrive after reminding them about it. And the worst part was the toilets and baby changing. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful, please see attached pictures. I will be contacting environmental health as this is just vile. I understand to an extent but this is just something else. Every single cubicle was filthy and some of them missing locks and toilet seats. After paying £30 for one game you expect to have a toilet that’s useable without catching something. 🤢🤢🤢🤢
