Glad I stumbled across this place in the covered market. Delicious pies with a bunch of optional sides. Definitely recommend if you're wandering through the markets. Some places to sit, although fills up at peak times.

Nice and unusual fast food with quick service. A pie costs only around 8 (10 with the mash and gravy) and it's decently filling, so it's good for a quick bite. The ambience inside is all right, but the "Pie-nstein" inside was cringe. But despite being an unusual and interesting choice for a fast food joint, it doesn't feel so memorable.

An excellent gluten free pie (The Big Cheese). They were clear on avoiding gluten contamination but have to use the same oven, keeping the gluten free pies on the top shelf. The gravy is also vegan, in case that's a worry!

Dare I say Pieminister was a near religious experience? Had Deer & Beer pie and the missus had a Moo. They were both delicious, fairly priced and we'll made. Crisp crust, rich gravy and full of great stuff. We'll worth the walk to this place.

Really friendly and attentive staff. Great pies. I had the venison & mushroom! They have good vegetarian and gluten free options (that my friend had). Thanks for making our trip to Oxford that bit better!!
