We were seated right away. After ordering, our food started arriving in what felt like seconds. All of the food tasted great! Clean cutlery, tumblers, etc. Friendly staff. Can’t really imagine what this location could have done to improve our experience.

I love Nando’s it is by far my favourite and that is why this is hard to type but this is true this is also one of the worst experiences I’ve had in any restaurant including fast foods I had gone to the till to order and this what it looked like a manger had served me and it was awful she was extremely rude and gave me the impression of I don’t want you here on top of this, got my order wrong! now I understand mistakes happen but the way she dealt with the situation was even worst she huffed and gave a rude despising look and then when she replace the food she chucked it onto the plate absurd customer service. I’ve worked in a fast food and no-one I know or have ever been greeted by has ever done anything quite like this the name of the manager was “JANA” from what I could make out of the name badge
I hope this gets taken seriously as of she so easily did this today makes me wonder what else has she done and what more will she do next.

What I expect when I see Nandos: I expect the feeling of home. The social and safe environment where one can enjoy their favorite food.

What I ordered: 1/4 Chicken and two sides. I asked for Medium spice, chips and garlic roles. I asked for breast portion, received a leg. The leg was burnt and therefore bitter. The leg was the smallest leg I have ever seen, no seasoning and no sauce was based on the leg that was provided.

Time of delivery: I received the food within 2minutes of ordering. The food was cold.

Staff: The gentlemen that provided the food was very nice. I asked the waitress for a two persons table as the restaurant was empty and I had a suitcase, two jackets and a laptop bag. The objective was a work lunch where I could quickly eat. She stated that those tables are for more individuals and rejected my request. I was shocked as there was no one in the restaurant.

Culture: The songs and art reminded me of home which was good.

Overall: The food was disappointing as it was completed in two minutes and zero sauce on. The customer service was bad as I received the incorrect order and was refused a bigger table. My bags filled the pathway for the table ahead of me where they could not pass.

Please do better.

Was so disapointed 31jan at round 4pm when i when in really missing nandos and ordered 10 wings the manager took my order he was good and service helped me with my app to get points whe the order came i was so happy i ddnt even look at it as i was so over joyed lo and be hold when i got home we git ready to eat and gosh was i disapointed burnt wings charcoal burnt like seriously wat pissed me more is i found out when i was 50miles away no way of going back

As a big chicken lover, Nando’s is always my go-to for a satisfying meal, and tonight’s dinner did not disappoint! We ordered the chicken thighs and chicken wings, which are our classic favorites at Nando’s—whether it's here or anywhere, we can always count on these to be delicious.

The chicken was perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with flavor. And, of course, I can't get enough of the chutneys and sauces they offer at Nando’s. They really elevate the meal and bring it all together. Every bite was just amazing!

If you're a fan of great chicken and bold flavors, Nando’s is the place to be. Definitely recommend it anytime, anywhere!
