The food was great, if you fancy a naughty burger and chips and some garlic bread it’s a great place. Fairly priced, good selection of vegan meals and it’s nice being able to choose anything you want from the menu.
We booked our table for 4:30pm to be told the kitchen doesn’t open until 5 which it doesn’t mention anywhere when booking so as we arrived early we did have to wait a little while but the garden area is nice so it wasn’t too bad at all and in fairness to the chefs they did start cooking our food before 5pm which was very kind and unexpected.
Just be aware that the restaurant is card only which I also didn’t see displayed anywhere or see online anywhere.
Overall, a great experience, food was faultless, service was great and even the area the pub is in is fairly quiet and you don’t feel like you’re in the middle of a city. I would definitely return if I was in the area again. A bit of a hidden gem.
