Came in with less than 70 kids and 7 adults but were told we had to wait for everyone to turn up so kids are waiting in the 30 degree weather with no updates
They kept telling us about the 10:1 ratio which we had but the staff weren’t listening to us. We then had to wait even longer for no explained reason and when the groups were let in they were told they only have 10 minutes whilst they made us wait up to an hour.
Makes you think these are the smartest people in the world ??
