We had an amazing time at the Oxford Illusion Museum! It’s such a fun and unique place that really plays with your perception and challenges the way you see things. Every room offers something different from mind bending visual illusions to interactive exhibits that are both entertaining and surprisingly educational.
What I loved most is how hands-on everything is. You’re not just looking at displays you’re part of the experience. It’s perfect for taking creative photos and having a lot of laughs along the way. The staff were friendly and happy to explain how the illusions work, which made the visit even more interesting.
It’s a fantastic spot for families, friends, or even a date. Highly recommended if you’re in Oxford and want something different and memorable!

Really fantastic place for the family to visit, with 4 floors of visual illusions and mind - bending art!
There aren’t any lifts so it was difficult for my father with his walking stick, but we were told beforehand by the lovely staff. So much fun and I would definitely go back!

Mum and daughter,49 and 20 years old. We thoroughly enjoyed the place. staff were friendly, explained things and willing to take photos. We were lucky to get there near closing time, so only two other people there.
We spent time to appreciate the museum.
I think some suggestions/examples on how to get great photos depending on the illusions would help. There were a couple but not all. And we didn’t realise the mirror clouds were a photo opportunity.
But in all we really enjoyed it.

I went today with my mum and sister, today the tickets on the door were free of charge, with this in mind we had an excellent time. It was a cool and fun experience which was something different to the norm. However the usual entry cost is £14 for an adult ticket which some may feel is expensive in relation to the experience since we easily saw everything in 30-40 minutes max. There was a few minutes to wait to enter as they were at capacity but soon went inside. We waited a little for photos opportunities to be available which was fine, it was slightly crowded in areas especially as you get to the first room which had various things in close quarters but we got to do this room again before we left and managed to see everything leisurely. The exhibits are fun and I would recommend it overall for a short activity.

Went with my friends and fiancé. Bit crowded but it was during half term so it was busy. Had a brilliant time walking around and taking photos. Love the illusions!! Would recommend a visit.
