A hidden gem in the middle of what appears to be residential. Side of the road parking makes it easy to access. There are a stunningly bountiful amount of Bluebells. Ot doesn't take long to escape the noise of that roads and just listen to the birds flittering about. Great walking area.

Stunning display of blue bells in this beautiful rolling ancient woodlands with diverse range of plants and trees. Easy walking but does go up and down so not good for people with mobility issues unless stay on the main path

I've walked around these woods so many times and on each occasion I've been gifted with a different glimmer of beautiful nature. There are so many varieties of incredible trees, ferns, wild flowers and plenty of interesting mushrooms. A walk here can definately calm the brain, those trees do something good to the soul.

A peaceful and tranquil place.

Came for a mushroom hunt and was amazed at how endless this place felt. It was very quiet with few walkers about and I was lucky enough that the sun was out shining through the canopy.

There was plenty of pathways making it easy to navigate and impossible to get lost.

Just be careful when going off the path as the undergrowth may not be as it seems.

Really good for spotting some unique fungi specimens so if that's something you're into I would highly recommend visiting Bagley Woods!

Lovely woods to wander through, lots of different paths to follow to make your walk as long or short as you want. You could easily walk for hours and not repeat a track.
You can hear the constant rumble of the A34 but it's easy to zone out.
Came across a peaceful spot containing the gravestones of several of the previous woodsman.
It looks like it could get pretty muddy in wetter weather.
There are a few places to park around the woods including Forest Side park.
