Room is nice and it was clean. But they had blinds rather than blackout curtains so you just have a lovely bright room at 5am. So sleep was completely ruined.

Check-out is 10am and they will have a cleaner ready at your door at 9:58am. They didn't update the check-out time that's printed on the wall (which says 10:30am) so people could easily be confused.

Even though we didn't use any, the amenities look nice and the bed was good.

But seriously - what kind of room doesn't have blackout curtains? It costs a handyman a hundred quid max to install them. People need darkness to sleep...!

Comparably reasonable price, if booked early, cheaper than alternatives. Still, all facilities in Oxford are very expensive. The room was in good condition, everything was functioning well. I stayed only 1 night, so cannot complain. A little bit noisy when neighbours are taking a late night shower. But apart from that, was quiet. Had no problem accessing my keys and entering the facility. Cannot judge the service, as the access was manless.

The important thing - if you follow toll free google maps route, this hotel is outside the Oxford congestion charge zone.

There is a limited parking space, only fitting 4 cars. When I arrived, there was 1 slot left. I was lucky. They should control the amount of spaces and inform beforehand. There was no information about WIFI. There should be a visible note somewhere, or provided in the message. It is quite far from city center. There are buses, so connections are good, but buses go badly in Oxford, long wait time, timetables are unreliable. Especially on the weekends. But good thing there are lime bike and vio scooters as alternative. Good for a short stay.

Do not stay here. The rooms are not sufficiently cleaned and clearly have not been for some time. I stayed in room 12 and the room was covered in dust.

The external door to the room also opens outwards which is less safe than an inward open door which could be blocked from the inside.

While some of the reviews of Noa Residence point out the need for updated amenities, they don't adequately praise the staff who run the site and are happy to provide adjustments as needed! I stayed here for several weeks, and the staff were bending over backwards to make me comfortable. The manager came to my room personally when I moved in, the maintenance staff replaced the TV at my request, and the cleaning staff (specifically Jean) went above and beyond. While I didn't ask the staff to do this, one day I left dirty dishes in the sink and came home to find them washed and put on the drying rack ready to use! The service was really exceptional, and I would be happy to stay here again.

Stayed here 2 nights. Poor experience. Radiator was very small and basement apartment was very cold. Very dirty. Mildew on walls, very dusty shelves. Water takes very long to be warm in the kitchen, low pressure too. Few tears and holes in the lino. Handle missing off the kitchen cabinet.

Standard when we arrived was poor, there was someone's food in the fridge still. Not acceptable and defo not worth 150.

Very poor experience. Stay away, do not recommend at all
