The room was so small when I opened my case I could not move my feet. Not en-suite which is a pain, plus the shower head was hanging from the wall. Plus side, there is a communal fridge and microwave. Parking is very much by chance, no spaces in front of residence, it would appear family use them. Given the choice would not stay again.

We had a very happy 2 night stay here. The owners couldn't have been more accommodating, particularly as we were having an octogenarian tea party for eight! As a family we had two doubles & a twin room all ensuite which were clean & comfortable,as were the lounge & sun room.Highly recommended.Using again next time we visit Oxford.Thank you Tony & George.

A glitch online caused my room to be booked 2 days in advanced of when I arrived. Owner didn't even come down to see me, said he was fully booked and then has proceeded to charge me 50%. Avoid like the plague.

Great location - 15 minute walk or 5 minute bus from the city centre. Great, attentive host and decent rooms. Only downside is that you can hear pretty much everything from every other guest as sound carries so well around the wooden floored house

We spent here one night. Is far from the centre (half an hour walking) and it's not a bargain (£79 in December 2014) but the rooms are quiet good, the internet connection is good and that's it. Good for young visitors in Oxford.
