Spent two nights in this guesthouse in Oxford.
The rooms were comparably small, but well equipped. The only thing missing is air conditioning, which could be helpful in the summer.
Parking is available right in front of the guesthouse. Walking into the city centre takes about 1 hour, but there are busses going there about every five minutes (day tickets available for 4.2 GBP).
There a different options you can choose from for breakfast.

All in all I can totally recommend this guesthouse to others.
