My sister and I stayed here in May, after flying into London and needing a day to acclimate before driving to Wales. The twin bed room was very clean, and while not big or fancy had enough room for us and our luggage. Private bathroom was great, though the shower water (as the signs warn) is very hot! Windows opened which was nice for the fresh air. There were two flights of stairs to climb, which was not a problem for us, but guests should be aware. The staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant. Next door is the Olive Branch restaurant where we had a lovely dinner. Hotel is very convenient to be able to walk around town, yet was still quiet for sleeping. Good value. I'd visit again.

Staff are amazing , Javier was super kind and friendly - definitely the most positive part of my stay here. The location is excellent , close to the station so great if you have a big suitcase and don't want to walk around the city with it. However , the rooms were very outdated and not worth the price. I can imagine they would be very hot during the summer months - the bathroom was nice , but the layout of the room was poor, and felt very old fashioned. Great staff and location, but this hotel needs a makeover!

Ideal for a short break in Oxford. Rooms are comfortable, clean and have everything you need. Good value for money, perfect location just a couple of minutes walk from the train station and really helpful staff. Would highly recommend.

Great location 2-3 minutes to train station and 7-10 minutes to city center. Room was clean however the furniture is a bit dated. Not recommended for anyone who has big suitcases and has problem with stairs because this place has no lift. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Located in the city, conveniently next to the train station and the Said Business School, Oxford. Simple 3 star that is a good base to explore the city or even for business as WiFi is available 24-7. The Eastern European staff are friendly and will help you to bring your luggage up the stairs as the hotel does not have an elevator.

For those particularly concern with security and privacy, do note that you are required to leave your key room with the front counter everytime the room is left empty.

There is no parking available though and the public parking nearby is simply too expensive. For the city, best to park and ride instead.

The hotel itself is in walking distance to many of places of interests in Oxford including the University. Many eateries nearby including pubs and also Halal places.

Overall, satisfied and recommended.
